The Competition Joysticks very closely resemble the feel and response of the joysticks
used in most fighting games. All the pushbuttons are the normal concave pushbuttons.
The
3" Trackball is excellent. It is extremely smooth and accurate. Definately worth the
$100.
The Oscar spinner is very nice and well made. It works great and I recommend getting
an
Oscar spinner to anyone. I believe that you can no longer get the Model 2 spinner from
Oscar anymore, however he does offer newer models.
I believe I choose to go with Hagstrom Electronics instead of an IPAC because at the
time, Andy didn't offer an IPAC version with enough inputs for my control panel. The
KE72 does 72 inputs with no ghosting. I opted for the Breakout Boards to make the
hookup
easier. I also go the ME4 mouse encoder, which both the trackball and spinner are both
hooked up to.
